Gateway International - OI Partners is a full line Outplacement – Executive Coaching – Assessment – Talent Management – HR Outsourcing organization, with 200 offices in 20 Countries.
The company is a domestic packaging, distribution dealing in pharmaceutical products
We are expanding our sales force and looking for seasoned sales representatives who have consistently been top performers in the pharmaceutical packaging industry selling a full array of services: including bottling, blistering, and secondary packaging (kitting).
Due to our unique capabilities, it would be a plus if the sales professional had a good background in Third Party Logistics sales as well. Our company provides a full range of 3PL services, all the way from Direct-to-Consumer (“DTC”); Retail distribution; Wholesale distribution; storage; returns; pick-pack, etc. We have a state of the art 150,000 sq. ft. warehouse, which is part of our overall 365,000 sq. ft. facility. We are VAWD certified, and are well-versed in all types of EDI transactions.
We can package and distribute VMS, OTC, and Rx products.
Strong end user relationships and an ability to identify and close new projects are paramount to success with us.
Our sales representatives are selling all over the United States.
We offer excellent purchasing, customer service, sales and technical support. We are able to be more competitive and flexible in the market place than most large packaging houses.
Job Purpose:
Builds business by identifying and selling prospects, and maintaining relationships with clients.
Duties:
* Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, as well as researching and analyzing sales options.
* Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
* Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements.
* Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
* Prepares weekly sales reports for senior management to summarize their totals sales activities, and updates the sales software with the appropriate prospect and customer data.
* Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by establishing personal networks; and researching relevant topics from various sources.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
